# Install

This library requires >=python3.12

## External requirements

- [Graphviz](https://graphviz.org/download/)
- Java + [gSpan](https://github.com/joleaf/gSpan.Java) binary `.jar` file (included in the pip package)

### Build tools for MacOs
```
brew install hdf5 c-blosc lzo bzip2
```

## Install python package

Install via pip:

```bash
pip install collaboration_detection --extra-index-url https://Pypi:glpat-1d_vjk1TbCHqCxdyDtUV@gitlab.uni-koblenz.de/api/v4/groups/3049/-/packages/pypi/simple
